  17. 1) Kickstart is copyrighted software, e-mailing it is piracy.
  18. 2) There is not (and has never been) a Kickstart 2.1.
  19. 3) Running OS 3.1 on an A3000 does not imply ownership of a license
  20.    for any kickstart version for an A2x00
  21. 4) Kickstartfiles were only for registered developers and the NDA they
  22.    had signed had a lifetime of 5 years. The question is if AT= is
  23.    permitted to take legal action against you if you break it.
